About Emily.

My desire is that everyone who steps foot in the counseling room experiences the love of Christ and the freedom that comes with his grace. I work with adults struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, chronic pain, conflict, and questions of faith. I have my Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. I completed Brainspotting training and became a certified Brainspotting practitioner in 2023. I completed intensive Phase 1 Internal Family Systems training through the IFS Institute in 2024. Prior to starting Talk To Emily, I worked at Cedar Cove Counseling center in Minneapolis from 2020 - 2023. I work in-person at New Life Community Church in Plymouth, WI and online. I'd love to work together with you and encourage you as you heal. We will be blessed as we magnify the Lord together.
